These terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Terrydmusic (the "Company") and users in connection with the sale of digital content (sheet music, music files, etc.).

The Company provides services for the sale and download of digital content (sheet music, music files, etc.).

Services are provided 24/7, except during scheduled system maintenance.

Users may purchase digital content using the methods specified by the Company.

Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided by the user.

All digital content provided by the Company is protected by copyright and belongs to the Company or its licensors.

Users may use the content for personal purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.

Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or refunds are not possible once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be provided in cases of system error, file corruption, or duplicate payment attributable to the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions due to reasons attributable to the user or the user’s device/network environment.

The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.

The Company and the user shall make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes arising in connection with these terms.

If no resolution is reached, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
